BComm Academic Advisors primarily support current and prospective students in the Bachelor of Commerce program in the Sobey School of Business, but all students are welcome! We recommend meeting with an academic advisor at least once a year to stay on track with your academic goals.
Advising Appointment Booking Information
Students can book an appointment through our online booking system to meet with an Academic Advisor. Appointments are available in person or online via Teams. Appointment delivery is identified when booking your appointment.
Appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance. If no times are available, please check again the next day as new slots open regularly. You may also email your questions or attend drop-in hours.

Weekly Drop-in Advising
BComm Advising offers both in-person and online drop-in academic advising. Online drop-ins take place via Zoom. The Academic Advisor will let students into the meeting one by one from the waiting room, throughout the drop-in session. For in-person drop-in advising, students can come to the BComm Advising Centre in Sobey Building (SB) 252.
During the week before the start of term, and the first two weeks of the term, Academic Advising will be primarily done through drop-in advising. Regular appointments are not available during the first two weeks of term. Regular appointment and drop-in availability will return starting September 21st.
